Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Paint that has been tinted, mixed, or custom-colored cannot be returned or refunded.
- Cut materials (e.g., timber, cable, or custom-length products) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order or clearance items.
- Used or damaged products not due to our error.
- Safety and protective gear (for hygiene reasons).
Proof of Purchase
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process the return.
Refunds
- Once your item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., item used or not in sellable condition), it will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be provided for defective or damaged items.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Delivery & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If returning items in-store, please ensure they are safely transported.
