Delivery Areas

  • ABF Distributors delivers to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
  • Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer and may include an additional surcharge.
  • International shipping is not currently offered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within three to seven business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders for backordered or special-order items may take longer and will be communicated to the customer.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery takes between two and seven working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take up to ten working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and ABF Distributors is not liable for delays caused by couriers, labour strikes, severe weather, or other external factors.

Delivery Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • Promotional or free delivery offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website.
  • Larger or bulky items may carry an additional delivery surcharge, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave a notification and attempt re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified address.
  • ABF Distributors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once proof of delivery is obtained from the courier.

Incorrect or Failed Deliveries

  • If incorrect shipping details are provided and result in failed delivery, the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.
