Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ABF Distributors website and the purchase of products.
  • By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Products and Service

  • We sell paints, fasteners, tools, and general hardware items.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may change without prior notice.
  • Stock Availability: While we strive to keep our product listings accurate, stock levels are dependent on supplier availability. In the event that an item ordered is out of stock, ABF Distributors will notify the buyer as soon as possible. The buyer may then choose an alternative product (if available) or request a full refund, which will be processed without delay.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment options include PayFast, iKhokha, EFT, and approved account terms (7, 14, or 30 days).
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is received, unless otherwise arranged for account holders.

Delivery

  • Nationwide delivery is available within South Africa via courier services.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be logged within five days of receiving the order.
  • Products may be returned if defective, damaged, or unwanted, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within seven to fourteen business days after inspection.

Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to tools and hardware items.
  • No additional warranties are provided by ABF Distributors.

Limitation of Liability

  • ABF Distributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by South African law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
